The all-inclusive cruise holiday

Are you strapped for cash this year and have pulled the holiday off the agenda? Think again, a cruise holiday is one of the most affordable overseas holidays, with virtually all expenses included in the cruise line fee. What you see in the price is what you pay, all up – no surprises! The basic fare includes your room, food, boat-to-shore transportation and almost all on-board activities. Cruises offer real value-for-money holidays – you just need to be strong enough to resist the temptation to spend your precious pennies on the additional on-board and shore expenses. So what exactly is included in your cruise liners ticket aboard ships like P&O and Princess Cruises?

Button-popping banquets  The majority of cruises offer main meals in the restaurant and a buffet on the deck, all included in the cruise line ticket. Food is never in short supply – once on-board your cruise liner you’ll have an array of delicious cuisine to choose from. Many also offer snack bars throughout the day as well.

Be bedazzledEvery night in the main lounge there are free shows with dancers, singers and extravagant performances. You’ll also have the option of passenger talent shows and trivia nights so there is a chance for you to shine too. An activities guide is usually provided on-board a cruise line so you can arrange your schedule well in advance.
For all those fitness fanatics If you’re worried about being stuck aboard a moving ship and not being able to stretch your legs, then there is no need for concern. Nearly all cruise liners offer on-board running tracks and fully equipped gyms. These include everything from elliptical trainers, weights to cardio bikes and treadmills – so there are no excuses for a lapse in your usual training program!
Not one but three pools  There is no shortage of water-based activities aboard a cruise liner. Often a cruise will offer two or three pools and numerous spa pools for passengers to enjoy.
Nothing better than popcorn and a movie  If the ‘relaxing by the pool’ and ‘watching fabulous cabaret shows’ becomes all too much, never fear as most cruise liners have cinemas on-board for some pure escapism. No expensive movie ticket prices, no long lines to get in and sometimes the cinemas are right by the pool so you can still sunbathe – it adds a whole new dimension to cinematic enjoyment!
Book worm wondersIf you fancy whiling away a few hours reading a book, then head to the library where you’ll find a huge selection of the latest novels.A cruise holiday caters to everyone – families, couples and singles. It’ll offer you relaxation, fun and entertainment, all-in-one. There is nothing better than getting away from the routine of day-to-day life and a cruise presents a holiday-of-a-lifetime that’s fantastic value for money.
