About the Role
This is a hands-on role working with a team of customer service officers. In this flexible, warm-sales environment, you will be part of a team delivering exceptional customer service and working closely with the Contact Centre Manager. As part of the customer service and sales team, your primary responsibilities include:
CUSTOMER SERVICE: Responding to customer queries in a professional, service-oriented manner seeking first-touch resolution with the view to exceed customer expectations.
SALES: Answering or initiating email correspondence, customer calls, and online chat to ensure sales targets are met.
PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE: Understanding the products and translating policy wording to ensure that customers are fully informed on their cover.
TEAM LEAD: Inspire confidence and belief in teammates by showing them the way with your problem-solving skills - leading by example.
About You
This role is perfect for an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills. You are either a current team leader looking for a new opportunity or an excellent customer service officer who has had some leadership experience.

About the Role
As part of the claims team, your primary responsibilities will include: · Applying knowledge of travel insurance policies and products to determine coverage and review information.
· Accurately gathering and analysing evidence to identify information required to progress and resolve claims.
· Processing claims in a timely manner through the effective use of claim strategies, system generated activities, manual task generation and operational reporting.
· Assessing and managing claims in a sensitive and professional way in line with policy terms and conditions.
· Maintaining open lines of communication with customers/claimants throughout the claims process.
· Identifying recovery opportunities and negotiating recoveries with the relevant parties including the insured, travel service providers and airlines where required.
· Working autonomously to manage technically complex claims within your authority limits, including settlement negotiations and clear decision making.
About You
This role is suited to an experienced claims consultant with excellent communication skills looking to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have: A positive can-do attitude High attention to detail A strong understanding of claim assessment rules, regulatory and code requirements.
