How to Make A Claim
Allianz staff are available to take details of your Life claim between 08:30am and 5:30pm (EST), Monday to Friday.
To make a claim during these hours, telephone the Allianz Life Information Line on 1300 362 108 and then follow the prompts.
Claim staff will then take details of your claim, send you a claim form and will advise you of any other requirements based on the circumstances of the claim.
