You are provided with a 24-hour emergency line when you are travelling overseas and receive the added benefit of emergency medical advice from a qualified health care professional. Should you need hospital care your cover includes hospital case management, guarantee of payment – critical in some countries, and more.

In addition, you are able to book online via the Internet any time day or night, 7 days a week. If you like the personal touch, please just call to book over the phone, Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm, Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 4pm.

Once you book your policy with us, whether it is via the Internet or phone, we email you your certificate for immediate access and also post you a hard copy.
