When travelling to Japan, you should always get travel insurance in case the worst happens. To help you ensure you travel safely, we have included the travel advice from the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade for Japan.

Summary
- The World Health Organisation (WHO) has confirmed cases of H1N1 Influenza 09 in a number of countries throughout the world, including Japan. For a list of these countries, visit the WHO website. - We advise you to be alert to your own security in Japan.
