Whilst overseas, I was taken by ambulance to hospital due to allergic reaction. The fees seemed quite expensive, however I simply scanned the documents and send them to 1 cover and received full payment by 1 cover prior to the bills being received. Awesome assistance in a timely manner.

My 9yr old unfortunately became unwell during a recent stay in Bali. On our last night she required medical assistance at after hours clinic attached to BMC. I was extremely satisfied with my 1cover policy as unlike many other insurers the reciprocal agreement allowed us to pay our $100 excess direct to hospital instead of being $$$ out of pocket and claiming back when we got home. All up 3 out patient hospital visits plus 2 specialist appointments, accommodation for an additional 11 nights, medications all paid directly to hospital/hotel. We claimed other incidentals at home. Exceptionally easy claim process. Special thanks to registered nurse Tracey who provided excellent phone support throughout our extended stay, and to Tien for her support in claims process. We lost my wife's passport in Europe. One cover were helpful and courteous in giving us really good advice. When we returned to Australia the claim was approved and paid in full in a couple of weeks (over Xmas). We are very happy with the service and would be happy to recommend them to anyone. I do not work for One Insure , this is just my honest review.

I unfortunately had to put 2 claims over two years (from one lost camera and one stolen passport) Both claims processes were extremely painful. I was told many conflicting pieces of information from the claims team, which both times greatly extended the claims process unnecessarily. At one point, I spoke to a claims officer and he was relentlessly aggressive and rude. He spoke over me, and was happy to tell me that I was the person who was making the process hard for myself, after absolutely no guidance from 1cover as I put the claim together myself. Never would I ever recommend 1cover to anyone. The experience that I had makes it impossible for me to comprehend anyone having a positive claim experience with 1cover.

I must commend the way the consultant took me through the whole process. I was skeptic and anxious at the start as I didn't know how to go about with the claim. 1cover consultant just allayed all my fears and apprehensions by taking me through the entire process and explaining in detail all steps to make the claim, which absolutely made the whole claim process so pain free.
