Do I Have To Provide Proof Of Ownership?

You will need some proof of purchase to make a claim on an item. Sometimes we may be able to accept bank statements as well as receipts as proof of purchase.

If you are claiming for high value items, we require you to to have receipts or a letter of evaluation.

Please note you must give us any information we reasonably ask to support your claim at your expense, such as, but not limited to, police reports, valuations, detailed repair quotes from an authorised repairer, original receipts or proof of purchase and ownership.

You will need to show evidence for all expenses that you are claiming. If required, we may ask you to provide us with translations into English of any such documents to enable us to consider your claim.

If you need to make a claim, you can use our online claim form.
