What’s The Difference Between A Frequent Traveller Policy & A Single Trip Policy?

Our Frequent Traveller policies cover unlimited journeys over a 12 month period and can be purchased up to 30 days before your first trip, offering you cover for Cancellation Fees & Lost Deposits from the moment you purchase your policy.

The maximum duration of cover for any one journey will depend upon which policy option you have selected.

You can choose to cover trips that are a maximum of 21 days or 45 days. Please note, you are unable to upgrade your policy to a greater number of days if you end up taking a trip that is longer than the days stipulated.

If you travel often both overseas and within Australia you only need to take out an overseas policy option to be covered internationally and domestically. (A domestic trip is classified as one that is 100km away from your home address).

You only need one Frequent Traveller policy to cover the whole family. Dependants can be named on your policy for free and share in your benefits, cover extends to them when they are travelling with a parent/grandparent who is named on the policy for 100% of the trip. Adults can travel independently of each other and still be covered under the policy.

Our single trip policies just cover the one single trip that you provide dates for at the time of purchase.
