What Do I Do If I Lose My Policy Documentation?

If you have lost your policy documentation, there are a couple of ways you can access it.

If you have your policy number (this may have been sent to you via SMS) you can login online to our Policy Manager.

Alternatively, you can call or email or friendly customer care team and they can arrange to resend your documents.
