It was rather messy trying to make a claim online, the way each input had to be a separate file. I rang the help number and sorted things such that some things did not have to be input. Once the claim was submitted it only took a day to be approved and a date for money to be paid advised to me. I also found things straight forward in entering and getting responses on pre-existing illnesses. I have been overseas more than 10 times and this is the first claim I have ever made. I believe I should be able to get a no claim bonus.

We now always use1Cover and have had to make a few claims over the years related to medical issues or flight cancellations. The claims process is very straightforward and you are always treated as if your claim is genuine - not as is if you are a criminal trying to milk a refund. The service I have received has been consistently excellent. I would definitely recommend 1Cover - and do!

Unfortunately we have had to make two significant claims with 1Cover and they could not have been more helpful. Our largest claim was nearly $10 grand it was approved within 48 hours and payment was sent another 48 hours after that and when you are dealing with a badly injured husband not having to worry about the claim was a blessing. You can always call and talk to a real person to get advice, they return calls and send emails as promised. I have recommend 1Cover to all of our friends and family, we have been using them for years

We have used 1Cover three times for travel insurance. Once we needed to claim due to health issues and once due to weather issues. Both times our claims were honored. Fortunately our most recent trip we didn't need to make a claim, but it was still great peace of mind.

First used 1cover in 2014. Had a reason to claim hospital expenses and fly home, no issue was made, performed professionally. Have used them in 2017 and 2018, thankfully no need to call upon them! I used them not just because of price, but because they deliver when the unexpected happens.

Had to call a couple of times for them to look at a claim that was submitted almost 3 months earlier. Then received a call saying that they would not be paying it out because the excess was more than the lost item.
Not great service. Used their services for 4 different overseas trips and had only made one claim in that time. Be weary about getting this insurance especially for lost luggage/personal items.
