Extremely happy with 1Cover. Excellent rates and the option of $0 excess provides that extra peace of mind. The insurer provided a good level of cover for many pre-existing conditions at a reasonable rate. Compared to other companies 1Cover was the most user friendly.

We claimed and it was paid promptly without asking for asking for further details and dragging it on. We sent our flight details and Dr invoice and were paid very quickly (unlike another insurer we have used previously).

I had to make a claim due to our cruise ship being unable to stop at all the ports due to bad weather. My claim was made very easy due to the on line claim form. I received my claim back within two days. This was excellent service and will be using 1Cover for my next holiday this year.

I travel frequently and have insured with 1Cover over many years. They provide an exceptional service! Their response rates are excellent. Their staff are always helpful and provide great direction if you have a claim. They pay promptly on all fair claims. Their premiums are also extremely reasonable. I recently had a medical event in Turkey and they were brilliant to deal with. I don't like insurance companies but I cannot rate 1Cover highly enough.

So angry with 1Cover, I was stuck in an emergency situation overseas last weekend, tried calling them 5 times on their “Emergency Line” no one answers the phone. Not happy at all.

After having my wallet pickpocketed overseas, losing cash and cards, I made my claim when I got back for the cash and cost of replacing lost wallet and cards.
Within a week of uploading the required documents, they have processed my claim, and are reimbursing my lost cash in total, and took the policy excess off the much lower item replacement cost component, which I did not expect and was pleasantly surprised to see.
This is my first claim with 1Cover after several years of travelling with their cover, and I will be renewing again!

1Cover were very supportive and informative when I rang them when my son was sick. They told me exactly what to do and even gave options to try to get the urgent care centre to bill directly to them. They followed up with me and checked on my sons health. My medical claim was approved and paid within a couple of days of submitting the documentation. I’d highly recommend them.

Easy claims process that was clear and easy to understand. Once I had acquired all the required documents it was approved within a day and I was told my money would be returned in 5-7 business days. Very happy and helpful staff, would use again.
