During Xmas and Newyear break we went to Kangaroo Island of SA from Yuendumu, NT. During our 12 days tripe we rented a car from Budget, at a begining stage we were ready to spent $35.00 per day for comprehansive car insurance. But later on some told us about 1 Cover then we looked on it and we found much much more cheaper deal for the whole travel insurance including car rental insurance as well. Which was 80 times cheaper than Budet offer. Then we did 1 cover. We were very much relaxd during our journey because of that cover. I'm not joking please if you want to be in peace during the travel period please do 1 Cpver and be relaxed. Thanks 1 Cover and it was our first experience with you.

Before my last trip to Algeria, I got myself insured through 1Cover. Sadly, I fell ill during the trip and required urgent medication. On returning, I was just asked to fill a simple claim form. My request was immediately processed and the payment was prompt. I am definitely going to recommend 1Cover to all my friends.

The claims process with 1Cover was the smoothest that I have ever experienced. The medical claim was completed over the telephone and I did not even have to post the original invoices to 1Cover. This clearly demonstrates that 1Cover respect that their client's time is valuable and they ensure that their claims process is not cumbersome or long-winded like some other insurers. I Cover have got my travel insurance business for the forseeable future.

The services of 1Cover are really excellent. I was flying to India and due to some unavoidable circumstances, had to stopover at Nepal on the return journey. There I developed severe stomach ache. 1Cover paid for all medical expenses and their response time was really quick. A phone call was all it took from my end and I was sorted. Keep up the good work 1Cover!

I insured my trip to Athens through 1Cover. En route, 2 of my bags got misplaced by the airline company. Neither the airlines nor 1Cover helped me in any way. I lost my valuables and now 1Cover has refuted my claims on grounds of negligence by the airlines. Do not go to 1Cover under any circumstances.

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with the Travel Insurance provided by 1Cover. I recently had to claim against my policy for rental vehicle excess, and I fully expected to have nothing but trouble having the claim approved, if indeed at all. I was more than pleasantly surprised by the manner in which my claim was managed by 1Cover. From my first enquiry they were courteous and clear about what I had to do to lodge the claim. After lodgement, my claim was processed very promptly and I received a full statement in the mail detailing the breakdown of the payment I received. I now recommend 1Cover to all my family and friends.

ICover insured my pre-existing medical condition. Getting the cover was relatively straightforward and quick, which was good because I left it until pretty much the last minute. The premium was excellent value.

This was the first time I had used 1Cover for my overeas travel with the family. It was so easy to access online with a comprehensive overview of what we were covered for without the jargon. I suffered a big cut to my leg on a trip in England and the entire experience of having to deal with the uncooperative customer service team of 1Cover has been horrible. There was absolutely no assistance from their end and now, they just keep requesting for unnecessary information regarding the incident, which I have already supplied multiple times. Really disappointing!

We insured our Tassie holiday with 1Cover which was a simple fast online service with great value for money Unfortunately the day before our proposed trip I became ill with a swollen knee and leg. We then claimed for lost airfares and deposits on accommodation. The claims process has been smooth and dealing with their friendly efficient and courteous staff took all the stress out of the process! I will recommend this company to all my friends because a true test of quality travel insurance is when you need to claim!

1Cover as a travel insurance option are highly recommended and an absolute pleasure to deal with. The online purchase is easy and they were incredible value when compared to other policies by other providers. I ruptured a disc in my back in Spain and through 1Cover had no problems organising help, treatment and eventually a return ticket home. Throughout the process they were responsive, organised and made an uncomfortable situation a lot more manageable.

1Cover are an absolute pleasure to deal with and extremely helpful. All policies are great value compared to other providers and ease of purchase is made very easy through the website. When I was in Spain I ruptured a disc in my back. Through 1Cover I organised treatment, advice and eventually a flight home with no difficulty. Their help and attitude towards myself and the situation made a very painful and unnerving position much easier to deal with. After having to make a claim for the first time, we were unable to get any money back for missing our flights or covering extra accommodation due to the problem being mechanical. What a waste of money. Isn't that when you need to be covered!!

I always go with 1Cover when I travel. I'm going to Melbourne again next month and I just bought another policy. Their policy covers rental vehicle excess up to $5,000 and is cheaper than the reduced excess from the car rental companies. Plus I get the other benefits from the travel insurance policy. You get a 5% discount for your second policy onwards.

I didn’t think it would ever happen to me, but unfortuanely while skiing in Charmonix, I broke my leg and had to spend 3 days in hospital. Thank you so much to 1 coverr for great service from start to end. I would highly recommend them to anyone planning on going a skiing holiday needing cover.
