After having your car broken into and all your electrical items stolen only getting $200 back per item does not seem fair!

The application process was not difficult, and the health evaluation for a particular medical condition was also easy, making the whole evaluation a fairly straight-forward process.

Purchased travel insurance to cover a trip to Europe including a cruise. Phone stolen in Barcelona, so needed to claim. Required a few phone calls to explain some of the paperwork required was not available- but the claim was settled quickly- although as is usual with all insurance companies- the settlement amount was rather low- less than half the cost of the phone once the $200 excess and depreciation had been taken into account.

Have used 1 Cover regularly so was very surprised when I told them of my SVT I was really surprised to have an increase of $126 on my premium for something that doesn’t bother me. Have never needed to claim so cannot comment on claims process

Although I have never had to make a Claim, I would never Travel without Travel Insurance, 1 Cover makes it easy to take out Travel Insurance online, Pre-existing Medical Conditions are covered without requiring detailed documentation and the Cost os very comparable if not cheaper than other travel Insurance company’s.

We were covered for everything we needed including car hire excess in case of an accident. I had a pre existing medical condition and only had to pay $20 extra to be covered. Fortunately we didnt need to lodge a claim but the travel insurance was very affordable. The terms and conditions of the cover were clearly stated in the PDS as well. I would recommend 1 Cover to anyone looking for great travel insurance.

When you have an insurance claim you hope your travel insurance company will be prompt, understanding, efficient and helpful. You don't want to feel even more stressed. 1Cover was excellent in all these areas. They were considerate, answered my questions over the phone, sent me the correct paperwork for my doctor to complete, processed the claim in an even shorter time than we anticipated and paid the claim in full, ensuring the money was in our bank account even more quickly than promised. The claim was for trip cancellation and was substantial. They could not have been easier to deal with or more helpful. We have been using them since 2007. We made a claim in 2009 for an illness while travelling in Austrla and they were excellent then. We have been recommending to family and friends ever since. We will continue to recommend them and use them ourselves. Thank you 1Cover.
