2026 Toyota AFL grand final tickets Giveaway Competition Terms
The promotion:
1. Information on how to enter the “2026 Toyota AFL Grand Final Tickets Giveaway” promotion (“Promotion”) and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. If you did not consent to participate in this promotion at the time of automatic entry, or if you later choose not to agree with the terms outlined below, you may withdraw your entry at any time by contacting us at marketing@1cover.com.au and your entry will be excluded.
2. The Promotion is promoted by 1Cover Pty Ltd (1Cover) ABN 91 105 954 265), an Authorised Representative of Coffre-Fort Pty Ltd ABN 66 125 358 518 AFS License No 472457 located at Level 1, 332 Kent Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000 ("Promoter").
3. This Promotion commences at 12:01 am AEST on 15/07/2026 and final entries close at 11:59pm AEST on 31/08/2026 (“Promotional Period”).
The Prize:
4. Total prize pool, worth $4,795 consists of:

Two (2) 2026 Toyota AFL Grand Final Tickets – Reserved seats only

Two (2) Tickets to St Kilda Football Club’s 2026 Grand Final Brunch

One (1) night stay for two (2) guests at The Langham, Melbourne or a comparable 5-star accommodation if The Langham is unavailable. It is the responsibility of the winner to arrange their own travel to, and, if necessary, additional accommodation at the prize location.
5. The winner is responsible for all other expenses including but not limited to food, drinks, incidental and any insurances where necessary.
6. There is one (1) draw and prize to be won.
7. Valid entries into the draw will be selected from policies purchased between the Promotional Period (open and close) based on Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
8. The draw will take place at Level 1, 332 Kent Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000 on 1/09/2026 at 11:00 am AEST. In the event that an invalid or ineligible entrant is drawn, the Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order.
9. The Winner will be notified by email and phone within two (2) business days of the relevant draw, and their first initial, surname and postcode will be published online at www.1cover.com.au/competition-winners/.
10. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The Winner will win 2 tickets to the 2026 Toyota AFL Grand Final, 2 seats at the St Kilda Grand Final brunch, and a 1 night stay for 2 in the Langham Hotel, Melbourne, awarded to the winner being the named policyholder of the Eligible Product.
12. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw, if for any reason a winner does not take a prize (or part of a prize) within fourteen (14) days of the draw, then the prize (or that part of the prize) will be forfeited.
13. The transfer of the prize will happen within 30 days of the draw subject to the policy cooling off period being complete and the correct details being supplied.
14. If the prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
15. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless specified otherwise.
16. The two (2) 2026 Toyota AFL Grand final tickets are subject to the supplier and venue Terms and Conditions.
17. If any prize(s) remain unclaimed within fourteen (14) days of the draw, a re-draw for any such prizes will take place fourteen (14) days after the initial draw at the same place as the original draws, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. This draw will take place on 14/09/2026 at 11am AEST. Winners, if any, will be notified by email and telephone within (2) business days of the unclaimed prize draw and their first initial, surname and post code will be published online at www.1Cover.com.au/competition-winners/.
18. 1Cover has:

No liability for any act, omission or default, whether negligent or otherwise of any third party.

No liability for any loss or damage occasioned by any negligent act or omission of any third party.

Where 1Cover’s liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the prize.
Entry terms
19. An eligible product means a 1Cover travel insurance policy purchased during the Promotional Period ("Eligible Product").
20. Entry is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over.
21. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
22. Valid entries:

Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

If an individual instructs cancellation of their travel insurance policy, their entry will immediately be removed from the competition and they will no longer be eligible to win unless they purchase another Eligible Product.

Only fully paid policies will automatically go in the prize draw.
23. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following:

a. Only one (1) entry permitted per Eligible Product purchased; and
-
b. A maximum of one (1) prize per region Australia.

c. South Australian residents are excepted from this clause.
24. Entry conditions are subject to the regulations and laws of the State of entry to the draw.
25. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
General
26. Please note all unclaimed prizes are dealt with in accordance with Australian Lottery regulations.
27. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
28. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
29. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and continue sentence Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia or any statutory consumer guarantees as provided under consumer protection laws in New Zealand (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion.
30. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) and its prize suppliers are not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) taking/use of and/or participation in a prize.
31. The Promoter collects personal information (“data”) in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such data to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian or New Zealand regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this data. The Promoter will also use and handle data as set out in their Privacy Policy, . which can be viewed at https://www.1cover.com.au/privacy (for Australian residents. In addition to any use that may be outlined in their Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the data for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrants. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their data, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Privacy Act, report a data breach, or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Unless otherwise indicated by the Promoter, the Promoter may disclose personal information to entities outside of Australia (see the Promoter’s Privacy Policy for details).
32. The laws of Australia apply to this promotion to the exclusion of any other law. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
