Have been using Cover for overseas travel for several years now as their policies & premiums suit our needs perfectly. This was our first claim. Initial contact from the USA after our loss was very efficient & helpful, as was our phone contact after arriving home. Once all my documentation was submitted my claim was approved quickly. Recently I had to make a claim on my travel insurance when ill health prevented me from taking my planned trip to Thailand.

Thankyou so much to 1cover who covered our recent cruise after hitting cyclone conditions. I chose 1cover because they came highly reccomended for cruising and took out the additional cruise cover for our family. To be able to speak to a consultant in an emergency was so reassuring when away from home and we found 1cover to be incredibly supportive and efficient. They covered our whole family's emergency experience and the claim experience was fairly straight forward. I would definately use 1cover again for our families future travel.

Absolutely fabulous service from 1Cover. Quick, easy with refunds provided in a timely fashion. Instead of dealing with many people during the claim process you have one dedicated claim manager. I would highly recommend this cover for a holiday which includes flights, accommodation and a overseas cruise. For our future family holidays this insurance will be the 1!!!

I had to cancel an Asian trip due to last minute surgery. I made my claim with 1 cover and just simply provided bank statement for flights etc and cancelation confirmation and a letter from my dr. Within a couple of days the money was in my account. It makes me feel confident that I can travel and know these guys will really look after me and not try and hold out. I will definitively continue to use them
