We needed to cover a 25-year-old with many medical conditions. 1 Cover made what could have been difficult easy. We did not have to make a claim but felt confident had we it would not have been difficult.

My daughter's suitcase arrived in Vanuatu severely damaged, 3 days after we arrived there. Essential medication was delayed and ruined, by being exposed to heat, requiring a visit to a doctor to prescribe new medication and the purchase of new medication. My daughter also had to purchase clothes, while her suitcase was located. The offer of $250, in response to her claim was grossly inadequate.

Was on last 2 days of my holidays. Noticed that my cover ran out one day early. Emailed them, and they changed the cover for the extra day, at no extra cost with in hours. Can’t ask for better service than that.

Simple to apply especially with pre-existing illness. Number of pre-existing ilnesses automatically covered, in my case type 1 diabetes , no long questionnaire required.

I've used 1 Covers 3 times now without a claim - thankfully. It's good to be able to call and speak to a customer service assistant with a quick phone response without having multiple recorded messages to navigate first. The insurance cover is excellent and at a very competitive price. I will not hesitate to use them for all my overseas travel.
