What If I can't get a Police Report?

All claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

In the first instance we would require a policy report to be issued within 24 hours of the incident.

If there are extenuating circumstances that meant you were not physically able to obtain a police report, we recommend that you report it to a relevant authority as soon as possible to substantiate your claim.
