We have been happy 1Cover customers for many years but had little exposure to how they would perform when confronted with a reasonably substantial claim. After experiencing an unexpected illness, that required us to cut short our recent European holiday, we were relieved that the stress of it all was greatly relieved by the quick and efficient claims approval process. 1Cover very quickly reimbursed all of the additional travel costs without fuss. We highly recommend 1Cover and will definitely keep using 1Cover for all of our travel insurance needs.

After checking many insurers, I used 1Cover again this year for my travel to Bali.
As I am now aged 75 years, some companies find this an excuse to raise premiums, for no apparent reason - apart from my age!!
Luckily I didn't need to claim, so I can't comment on that process.
But I did receive notification on the day before departure, giving me a reminder that, should I extend my holiday, I had a direct link to update my policy and extend cover.
Great idea.

I traveled to Europe and had cover for UK only. While there I decided to travel to other countries and consequently had to advise you of this at an extra cost. In the future I would prefer whole region cover such as Europe rather than individual countries.
