I now believe you will no longer be covering visitors coming to visit Australia. This is a big disappointment to me as I have been taking out policies with you for many years when visiting from Burma. I now have to hope I can find a company as good as yours.

Having booked and paid for European holiday early in the year departing end of May 2019, due to unforeseen circumstances caused by ill health we had to cancel the trip three weeks ago. Luckily as on every previous occasion we take out insurance with 1Cover. One phone call to the Insurer, we were advised what documentation they would require to assess the claim. This being provided, we had received an email yesterday(20/05/2019) that the claim had been accepted and a refund will be made. As the cancellation of the trip was traumatic in it's self one always fears the loop holes one has to jump through when dealing with an Insurance company. I thank 1Cover for being so understanding and delivering what they promise. I have on numerous occasions recommended 1Cover to friends and family and will continue to do so in the future.

You've had your holiday. What's done is done. When you get a rubbish result from your claim there is little you can do except deal with it. No thanks 1Cover, never again. Sad face.

I made a claim overseas for medical expenses incurred and I was responded to very quickly and once I returned to Australia and provided the necessary medical notes, was reimbursed promptly with no out of pocket expenses. A real life saver!

Easy to contact on the 24 hr hotline, even sent me information about extending my insurance so I was covered while I had to change my flights etc. Claiming was easy and they contacted me when I couldn't upload my documents properly.
Covered 99% of my expenses and had valid reasons why they couldn't approve the other cost.
Will 100% use 1Cover again!

My son fell sick whilst on our 3 month trip in Bali Indonesia and had to stay in hospital for 3 nights. 1 cover made it so easy for us and quick at helping us with any questions we needed solved.
