First time I have used 1 Cover overseas found staff to be very helpful when purchasing this insurance.
I have used 1Cover domestically a number of times and when ever I have had a query they were always helpful, never have had to make a claim.
I feel 1 cover is good value for money after shopping around I always seem to come back to their quote.

Fifth time using 1Cover. Have had to claim on previous occasions but not this year! When we have claimed we found 1Cover to be fantastic. We provided all the required paperwork and they completed with a minimum of fuss. Very happy and will definitely use 1Cover again!!

Once again i used 1 Cover for my travel insurance, i'm happy to report that i haven't had to use it but it's peace of mind while travelling. I received a txt while i was away from 1 Cover to remind me to extend my cover if i extended my holiday..:) Sadly i had to come home.. I'll be back next time i travel.

I have had a few policies with you now and thank goodness never had to claim so value for money is hard to judge. Being a retired travel Agent have had experience with many clients and claims some dubious. Like cruise companies you may consider a loyalty scheme for those who use you often and not claim

I recently just finished a 12 week trip in South and Central America, a few things went wrong along the way, but I wasn't too worried because I had travel insurance, ringing multiple companies and comparing them before departing. Upon returning to Australia, I called 1 Cover and discussed what had gone wrong, only to be told that I wouldn't be covered for two items that had been stolen due to me not directly seeing the crime, falling under "unsupervised" in the policy fine print. Incredibly disappointed after all the positive reviews I have read and will be advising friends and family to avoid using this company.

No one expects to have an accident overseas. But is so reassuring to have insurance with a courteous, prompt and thorough company. I use 1 cover every time i travel overseas and have never had a problem with a claim. Prices are very competitive and cover choice is easy to understand. A very professional organisation who are easy to contact and discuss any aspects of insurance. I would certainly recommend to any of my friends. I look forward to being protected on my next trip.

If you are considering any travel then I strongly suggest that you take out insurance. I found 1Cover to be the best value for money and also peace of mind. I took this policy out when we went Bali and I can't tell you how thankful I was to have that peace of mind just in case anything happened.

Didn't need to make a claim, but it was there if we needed it.
Cover was great comparing to others and all items they include are awesome compared to others.
Communication was great through their online chat platform.
