I had to postpone my flight overseas as I’d had an unexpected injury. I made another booking and had a change of date fee by the airlines. I submitted a claim to 1Cover and the whole claim was processed quickly and efficiently after I submitted the requested documents. I have travelled previously and also used 1Cover for my insurance even though I never had to make a claim however their policy for an elderly person was much more reasonable than other companies.
