We have taken out many 1Cover policies,always speaking to an agent on the telephone. We recently had to make a simple claim,we used snail mail but got an SMS to say documents arrived the next a few days later we found the extra claim amount in our bank, solid service!!!!!!

I have always found the customer service excellent until claims were made on my last trip. They took about 5 months to finalise and I was not notified when they were completed, I had to do the calling re this very disturbing especially being the USA

My 8 month old daughter got sick during our holidays overseas and was confined in the ICU for 5-6 days. I contacted 1Cover to advise them of what’s happened and they were in touch with me everyday checking up on my daughter.
I had paid all the hospital bills and made a claim for reimbursement. I had all the documents required, submitted it to them and within a week got the approval and the money was transferred to my account.
I had no problems contacting them and no issues with making a claim.
I am very happy with their service and felt secured. When my daughter got sick, my heart was broken but at least with 1Cover, We were able to focus on our child’s recovery and did not have to worry about bills and other expenses.
They got it all covered!

I had a fall while skiing in Austria. I made a claim for medical expenses using the online form and I was notified that my claim was approved within 10 days with the money transferred to my bank account. The claims process was not difficult. When I was looking for ski travel insurance 1 cover was also the best value for money. I will use 1 cover again and recommend to my friends.

I work in the travel industry and spent a while comparing policies to see what the best option for a 4 month trip around the world would be. 1Cover came in at less than half the price of the retail travel industry standard company, and offered the same cover! We had to make medical claims while we were away, and the online process was super easy, with our refunds processed within a week. Wouldn't use anyone else again!

I have used 1Cover several times, for travel insurance, & one time I had to cancel the trip due to an injury. After obtaining a medical certificate, I firstly approached the various providers about refunds & I received a variety of refunds that ranged from 100% to nothing. Then I approached 1Cover, & they refunded the balance of all my expenses without any further details from me. They then advised me that I would be receiving the refund within such a short time, that when I received the email, I assumed they were requesting further information. Instead, I was surprised & delighted to read that my claim was accepted, and all outstanding expenses were to be refunded.
