I have used 1Cover for every overseas trip I have taken. I have had to make a claim for 2 of these trips and 1Cover have paid up as soon as I sent the email and receipts through. Great insurance coverage without the high price tag. Will be using them for all future trips. A pleasant experience and it only took 5 minutes to book my insurance on-line. If you are going to travel take a minute to look through the options 1Cover offer, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Worthwhile & reasonably good value considering that claims are actually paid out and reimbursement is timely. No surprises. We take out 1Cover everytime we travel. Only issue is that once you are over 65 you can't get an annual policy and the premium is higher even if you are in good health

I am an Australian living in Thailand, and as I was travelling on holiday to Australia, I chose an Australian company for my travel insurance, I even upped the policy to make sure all my valuables were covered.I gave proof that I am indeed living abroad, but as I hold an Australian Driver's Licence (with Australian address on it, You cannot hold an Australian Driver's licence or Bank Account without listing an Australian address).So they're concluding, even with proof to the contrary, that I live in Australia and therefore my claim is not covered. Typical of Insurance companies just not paying up.I'll be advising everybody on Facebook not to use 1cover

When I had first been told my flight had been cancelled it was after midnight so I called the emergency line & instead of being told in the first place I had called the wrong line and would need to follow up with the claims team, he first asked about my situation even though I had first offered to provide my policy number. After advising of my cancelled flight he then asked for my policy number then asked me to repeat my situation again then he put me on hold for over 5 minutes then came back to advise me he couldn’t assist & advised me to follow up with the claims team and provided me with an Australian ph number even though I had told him I would be overseas. Throughout the call he sounded asleep, hence me having to repeat myself and instead of it being a 2minute call it took over 10minutes. It would’ve been a helpful experience if he had been actively listening & there was a structure to the call so I didn’t leave feeling like I had wasted my time. I had no issues with claims process it was straightforward.

Recently my husband & I travelled to Wellington, N.Z. for a niece's wedding and insured with 1Cover again. As the previous couple of time, 1Cover were extremely easy and helpful to deal with, with a minimum of time spent to complete the insurance cover and no hidden scary fine print to cause it to be invalid. All disclosure requirements are up front and easy to see/understand. Recommending again 100%.

We took out 1 Cover insurance for a cruise we did. Absolutely ensured that we click it was for a cruise - now being told it was not included and even the PDS - that states missed port cover along with all other cruise benefits - is now apparently the wrong one. Will be making sure that everyone I know is aware to never use 1 Cover
