NO fuss very easy to use if in our case something was lost we provided info and details and the claim was processed quickly

Quick and easy process with fast settlement

The service given was very good for my claim from start to finish. The initial inquiry was answered well and emailing the required details required for the claim and claim number made the process simple to follow and complete.

Excellent Claims support

The claims process was really easy and straight forward. I had damaged my phone on holidays and was able to lodge a claim easily. The customer service team was responsive and answered all the questions I had.

Clear process with timely response.

Not only the cheapest, service from another Australian rather than an offshore call-centre provided great assurance that we were looked after and understood correctly.

Terrible service

Firstly when I was told that there would be no excess charged due to my flight being cancelled, I was asked by a staff member for 100 dollars when submitting my claim. The claim itself took a month to complete and I am still awaiting payment. Also I was not told that whatever the airline pays for 1 nights accommodation is taken out of what you can spend with 1 cover.

Once the details of required information was submitted there were no calls to follow up and ask more questions.

Only improvement is responding to emails a lot sooner. I asked about my accomodation and it took almost 8 hours.

Claim took too long to process after submitted

Very cheap and value for money the duty of care is excellent but the claim process took took long and if you make a mistake, the process will start back from day 1. Every section does not talk or communicate to each other.Very bad.....

Outstanding customer service backs up easy to understand, use and claim travel insurance products. Will never need to shop around for travel insurance again, strickly a 1 Cover person from now on :)

Easy experience

Lodge online & customer service with call back was great. Explained everything well, process was simple & I'm line with timeframe advised.

The claims process worked as all insurance claims should

when I first realised there wold be a problem, I called the call centre and spoke to someone who didn't work for 1cover but a call centre of sorts. He registered the potential claim and followed me up the following day to make sure we were ok. When we returned, I followed up, was advised which documents were required, sourced those (Not too hard really), lodged the claim and received payment within 10 days. Great service!

Now I know why I pick 1Cover

I have had 1Cover travel insurance for years and never claimed.

Last trip both my money and my passport were stolen which was not a pleasant experience and incurred numerous costs both in money and time.

I rang their emergency line and while there wasn't much they could do, they were empathetic and gave me some options and worked me through the next steps - you need that when you sitting in a foreign country with no money and no official identity.

I sent in a mega claim with all my receipts and police reports and about 10 days later, the money was in the bank. The one email conversation I had with 1Cover was great - quick response, clear explanation.

Couldn't ask for more - easy to follow claims process, great staff and rapid turnaround time. Thanks.

Very customer focused, caring, fast processing of claims, organised review. Already recommended 1 Cover to my friends who travel frequently.

Prompt response

Got a fast response, and paid more than I expected for my stolen phone. Only niggle... Sad that only pay out on cash when on your person....as a snorkeller, swimmer and diver, I have to leave it with someone.

1Cover? More like 0Cover.

Have had to chase up my claim after not hearing from 1Cover for over a month. Useless, expensive and didn't even provide advice when things have gone wrong during my travels.
